REP750 ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our web application and related services (the "Service"). By using REP750, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. We do not collect or store passwords directly — authentication is handled through a secure OAuth provider.

Property & Financial Data

You may voluntarily enter information about your rental properties, time entries, rent payments, and property expenses. This data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to you and any CPAs or partners you explicitly invite.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. We only store Stripe customer identifiers to manage your subscription.

Usage Data

We collect basic analytics data such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service. This data is aggregated and does not include personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the REP750 Service
  • Track your real estate professional hours and generate reports
  • Process subscription payments through Stripe
  • Send important service notifications (e.g., CPA invite confirmations)
  • Improve and optimize the Service based on usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • CPA/Partner Access: When you explicitly invite a CPA or partner, they receive read-only access to your REP tracking data. You can revoke this access at any time.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe processes your payment information under their own privacy policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Database access is restricted and authenticated
  • User sessions are secured with signed JWT tokens
  • CPA invite links use time-limited, single-use tokens
  • We never store sensitive financial credentials (bank accounts, card numbers)

6. Your Rights & Data Control

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all data we store about you through your dashboard
  • Export: Download all your data at any time using the "Download My Data" feature
  • Correct: Update or modify your information through the app
  • Delete: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
  • Revoke Sharing: Remove CPA/partner access at any time from the Shared Access page

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible on the Free plan. If you request account deletion, we will permanently remove all your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax-related records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by IRS regulations).

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use basic analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

9. Children's Privacy

REP750 is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
